Your input on how we can improve your experience is greatly appreciated. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this website. SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CUSTOM ITEMS. At this time we accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. There will be a 25% restocking fee for merchandise returned or refused for reasons other than defects or incorrect shipments.
Shipping Policy:
Many orders are processed within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise noted in the product descriptions. In order to provide products to you at reasonable prices, many of the items we carry are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. As a result Express Delivery may not be an available means of shipping method. Our larger item are shipped via LTL freight. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery of your product. NOTE: Delivery is curbside only.
If you need an item in a hurry, simply e-mail us at info@yourbathroomstore.com with the item you wish to purchase and the date it is needed. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.

$10.00 to $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 to $250.00 = $14.95
$250.01 to $500.00 = $39.95
$500.01 to $1000.00 = $59.95
$1000.01 to $2500.00= $79.95
$2500.01 and up = $229.95
Please contact us for shipping quotes outside the continental US prior to making your purchase.
**PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges above. You may contact your customs office for additional information about these fees.
Please allow up to three additional weeks to receive your international order.
Also note if you are not available to receive your order or the delivery is refused, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom items may take 8 weeks to ship. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Please use your street address.
Return Policy
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (returned material authorization). However, returns are NOT accepted on CUSTOM ORDERS unless the item has a defect. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Email us at info@yourbathroomstore.com for an RMA#. We will forward you detailed instructions on how to process the return or exchange. The returned item must be 100% complete and in its original packaging and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return if you do not meet these requirements.
