Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (returned material authorization). However, returns are NOT accepted on CUSTOM ORDERS unless the item has a defect. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Email us at info@yourbathroomstore.com for an RMA#. We will forward you detailed instructions on how to process the return or exchange. The returned item must be 100% complete and in its original packaging and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return if you do not meet these requirements.
